Shipping Policy

SportsForest Gear may be shipped via several different third-party logistics companies, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, On-Trac, DHL and etc

All orders will have a tracking number associated with each shipment that will be emailed to you as soon as the gear ships. Please note that Sports Forest is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once the gear has been considered 'delivered' by one of our logistics partners.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, we can provide you with the tracking information and a receipt so you can file a claim directly with the logistics provider.


Some defective gear may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All warranties vary, but all warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer, not the retailer. Manufacturers may require a copy of the original receipt (Our purchase from one of our vendors). If you need a copy of the receipt, please email us at requesting a receipt. Your name and original order # will be required.
